Customers want to see what questions come up most often…and how you respond. Make an area of your site devoted to Frequently Asked Questions – Especially if you focus on a type of travel that is unique or complicated. (Destination Weddings, Honeymoons, Groups, or fully customized tours) [ See an example ]

Even if you don’t sell a particularly complicated type of travel, there is still a wide variety of information you can add to an FAQ area. Here are just a few ideas:
